Uses and function:
1.Adopts screw filling and PLC control, human-machine interface operation, stepping motor drive, with accurate filling volume, high stability and very low failure rate.
2.Touch screen is made of Taiwan Wyland. Control panel with PLC display, easy to set the filling and dosing parameters.
3.Drum with stirring, speed adjustable. The part of the material contacting with the material of the discharging mechanism is made of imported SUS304 stainless steel.
4.Powder hopper filling nozzle can rise and fall according to the package box hole position angle (up and down moving range: 20-30cm) left and right to move 360 degrees. Easy to operate, color change, maintenance, less failure.
