Machine usage:

Due to the split colloid mill gear speed than the electric motor speed is high, so the output is also larger, even if the same type, the same power of the motor, horizontal output is greater than the vertical colloid mill.
It is not allowed to mix quartz sand, broken glass, metal chips and other hard substances in the processed materials, and it is strictly prohibited to enter the colloid mill for processing and production. Start, shut down and start cleaning before and after the colloid mill body to leave water or liquid materials, prohibit idling and reversal. Otherwise, improper operation will seriously damage the hard mechanical components or static grinding discs, moving grinding discs or leakage and burn the motor and other faults.
