This machine is suitable for filling of single-color and multi-color tray lipstick, eye shadow cream, lipstick and other paste raw materials. It has the features of fast filling speed, accurate quantitative, high qualified rate, easy operation and convenient cleaning and color changing. Equipped with 3 meters conveyor belt.
When the quantitative range of 6 colors to be filled is the same, only the parameter of quantitative quantity to be filled can be set through PLC interface.
When the dosage of 6 colors is not the same, the dosage range of each color can be controlled individually by adjusting the nut at the back of the pump.s service system, which can timely solve customer problems and difficulties.

Precautionary Note:
1,It is recommended that the material body with pearl powder and ordinary material body are filled in separate barrels, easy to clean the machine.
2,the machine is not suitable for filling with gold onion powder or easy to precipitate the material body, because the precipitation of the material body is easy to lead to the machine clogging to the part of the discharge pipe, resulting in no discharge and other malfunctions.
3,on the cleaning problem: different material body cleaning time is different, for example: easy to melt the material body or light color material body cleaning time of about 1 hour, foundation cream or pearl powder material body cleaning time of about 2 hours.
