Servo double-head gear pump filling machine is a filling machine with double barrels ,which can be independently heated and quantitatively filled.It can be matched with a three-meter long conveyor belt for product production, which is equipped with an infrared sensor positioning device for high efficiency and labor-saving.
1. This production line is suitable for quantitative filling of various kinds of cream/liquid products, such as: cooling oil, essential oil, foundation cream, hair wax, aromatherapy cream, lip film, herbal cream, and other wide-mouth packaging products that need to be heated.
2. Liftable double-layer drum with stirring and interlayer heating can ensure the raw materials to be heated evenly. Pumps and filling nozzles are heated independently, no heating dead space. Another foot switch can be equipped with automatic or manual according to the product selection.
3. The servo control gear pump quantitative filling mode, more stable, fast, low noise to make the production environment more comfortable, filling range from 0.5 grams without upper limit, to meet the filling product diversification.
4.PLC program control, set parameters (filling time, frequency, cleaning, barrel lifting) are set by the display interface, for a variety of types, diversification of users with great practicality and efficiency.
