Uses and function:
1.This machine is using piston type quantitative valve filling system, quantitative error is small .
Adopt three kinds of filling methods: manual, automatic, foot pedal, suitable for adjusting the machine, producing big goods, cleaning and other different injection frequency.
2.Small turntable lifting type filling, turntable rotation interval can be set in the display, no hand speed requirement for filling labor. Lifting type filling is suitable for different length of package material.
3.Nozzle with suction device, no residual material, dosing valve and pipeline changeover easy to clean.
Double-layer heating and pressurized barrel with pressurized function, suitable for poor fluidity and viscous materials, with exhaust function, no air burst when filling.
4.The bottle clamping place adopts movable clamps, which can be used for different thick and thin shapes of package materials.
